An undersized or failing system doesn't just look bad here — with 65+ inches of annual rainfall and regular tropical-storm exposure, a marginal gutter system is more likely to overflow, contribute to fascia rot, and add unwanted water at the foundation in Beaumont's reactive clay soil than the same system would in a drier climate.
